Iikona….His name is a tribute to his Mother Anokii. He is the one and only resulting from her last breeding. His name is actually her name reversed. He is considered by many to be our gentle giant! Such a character! He has a great sense of humor and although a little on the larger side…is extremely agile and powerful. He wears a smile always, just as Anokii did. He thrives on being a social butterfly and keeping the youngsters exercised and inline! Iikona is always a BIG hit here at the Pines! He enjoys dog sports such as dog sledding, rally obedience and agility. In October, 2019 Iikona earned the privilege to star as "Chinook" in his first movie directed by Richard Boddington, called Against The Wild III, The Journey Home. He made us so proud. Owner trained and handled we surprised ourselves and he performed well enough to earn himself the nickname "One Take". It was an eye opening, fantastic experience we will be forever grateful for.
